Our Task

Our client came up with the following request: "I own 50 hectares of land opposite a prospective airport site and I want to build a transportation and logistics hub."

There was nothing but the idea, but we took on the job. Our deliverable was a full-fledged investment memorandum to be presented to the Georgian government

Analytics

We have analyzed the Georgian market to determine the feasibility of such project and found out that this facility could be in high demand. As a foreign investor was involved, we prepared an introductory section of the memorandum where we described both country's economy as a whole and the sector's prospects.

Key advantages of the project were identified and related to the country's economic situation. We developed a business model which involved construction of three units (logistics, production, and commercial)

Design

After analyzing similar projects and the technical characteristics of the buildings, we developed a master plan and created a 3D model for the design which was linked to satellite maps

Financial modelling

We created a project roadmap and built a financial model

Result

The project was preliminarily approved and is now being considered by the Georgian Ministry of Economic Development
